Tiger blood?

No, not that kind of tiger blood.

The Detroit Tigers are a middling 9-10 right now. They've had good pitching performances, several of their hitters are swinging the bat well, and it's not like 9-10 is a terrible record (especially in April). The moral of the story is that I should be more engaged in what they're doing. I love the game of baseball. I have about 10,000 baseball cards from when I was a kid. I check scores and stats daily. I don't know what's wrong with me. The Tigers are supposed to be competitive this year. Maybe it's stress. I've got a lot on my plate right now between the end of my senior year, baseball, and the end of a college course I'm taking. Frankly, I hope it's stress. I can't imagine a summer happening without the Tigers being a major part of it. Hopefully, on a warm afternoon in June, I'll find the Tiger blood again.
